These terms govern your use of RallyCoach ("the service"), operated by the RallyCoach team. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use RallyCoach. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. What the service does
RallyCoach lets you upload short video clips of your padel play and returns AI-generated feedback on your technique. Feedback is automated, is not a substitute for professional coaching, and may contain errors. Use it as guidance, not as medical or injury-prevention advice.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the clips and content you upload. By uploading, you grant RallyCoach a limited licence to store, process, and analyse them for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload any clip — including consent from anyone else visible in the clip.
You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or contains material unrelated to padel training.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The £1 intro plan grants 14 days of Pro access and then renews at £19.99/month unless cancelled beforehand. Annual and Coach plans renew at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your Billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- No attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- No sharing your account with people outside your household or coaching relationship.
- No uploading content that violates anyone's privacy or dignity.
6. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Your clips will be deleted from active storage within 30 days.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, RallyCoach's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material we'll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
