Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, then stops automatically. No further charges are made.
The £1 intro plan
The £1 charge covers 14 days of full Pro access. It is non-refundable because access is granted immediately. If you don't want to continue, cancel from Billing before the 14 days end and you will not be charged the £19.99/month rate.
Monthly subscription
Monthly Pro payments are non-refundable once the period has started, because you've had access to the service. If you were double-charged, charged after cancelling, or the service was genuinely unavailable for a significant part of the month, we will refund in full.
Annual subscription
Annual plans can be refunded pro-rata within the first 14 days if you haven't run more than 5 analyses. After that, they are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the year.
Coach plan
Coach seats are billed monthly and follow the monthly refund rules above. You can add or remove seats anytime; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
How to request a refund
Email support@rallycoach.app from the address on your account with a short description of what happened. We aim to respond within 3 working days.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK or EU law, including your right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days where those rights apply.
